Currently, it is NOT possible to apply online for SSI. To apply for SSI, you must either go to the local Social Security Office or call 1-800-772-1213 (TTY 1-800-325-0778) between 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday to apply.
For SSI only claims, what you CAN do online is: (1) Complete the online Disability Report: here , and (2) appeal a medical denial.
